Peda Ting Ting

Peda Ting Ting is a small island on the Kaptai Lake. It is located few kilometers away from Rangamati town. It is mostly known for
its serenity. A few tourist accommodation facilities are available here and you will find a tiny restaurant here which is runs by
the local tribal peoples. It also offers foods ranging from traditional to indigenous delicacies.

The Liberation War Museum, Dhaka

The Liberation War Museum, commonly known as Muktijuddho Jadughor, started as a private initiative in 1996. Eight trustees established the museumwith the aim of preserving the magnificent and glorious history of our Liberation War for future generations of this country. It is located in Agargaon. Dhakeshwari Temple, Dhaka

Dhakeshwari , meaning ‘Goddess of Dhaka’ is the primary Hindu temple in Bangladesh. In the year 1966 it began to be called Dhakeshwari Jatiya Mandir, the result of a campaign by Bangladeshi Hindu groups who had been demanding official recognition following the declaration of Islam as the state religion in 1988. It is state-owned, giving it the distinction of being Bangladesh’s National Temple.  According to legend Dhakeshwari was built in the 12th century by King Ballal Sen of the Sena dynasty.
